    We would like you to enjoy a variety of seasonal ingredients using fresh local Izu seafood and local vegetables in your favorite way of eating.
    With that in mind, we offer a “Japanese Kaiseki” course with a luxurious boat platter that uses fresh seafood.
    We have prepared two styles of "Japanese and Western cuisine with authentic French" that make the most of the ingredients.
